Every year I go on a quest to make some of the healthiest (BUT MOST DELICIOUS) pumpkin sweets in the internets.






Today: Paleo Coconut Flour Pumpkin Bars (!!!)






Honestly, these pubs are one of my absolute FAVORITE pumpkin pubs about AK. I originally wished to contact them pumpkin pie bars because of how moist and lovely they're but the name just got too long. What you do need to know would be that the spices are great, inviting and down ideal addicting. The coconut flour assists bring out the organic sweetness of the pumpkin, therefore I didn't have to sweeten them very much.






These bars are healthy enough to be eaten being a snack, but definitely taste indulgent like these were made for a celebration. Either way, I know you'll like this nutritious formula and get back to it over and over. My assistant and I couldn't keep our hands out of the pan once they came out from the oven. #pumpkinvictims

Ingredients






1 teaspoon vanilla extract






1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk






2 eggs






Instructions






Preheat oven to 350 levels F. Range an 8x8 in . baking skillet with parchment paper and spray with nonstick food preparation spray.






Add more pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond butter, almond dairy and eggs to a big dish and mix until very well combined, clean and creamy.






Add in coconut flour, baking soda, salt and the remaining spices. Gently collapse in 1/3 glass of chocolate potato chips into the batter. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Bake for 20-25 mins or until toothpick comes out clean in the centre. Transfer pan to some cable rack to awesome.






Melt remaining 1/4 cup of delicious chocolate chip in a small saucepan over low high temperature. Once totally melted, drizzle the chocolate over the pubs. Another option would be to sprinkle the rest of the chocolate outrageous of the bars right if they come out of the oven. It's your decision! Cut into 12 pubs. Enjoy!






Recipe is dairy products free if you are using dairy free chocolate chips (or perhaps a chocolate club).

I really like these bars.I made it with whole wheat flour because I cannot find coconut flour where I live, I thought since coconut flour absorbs fluids more than wheat flour, I will make some I omitted the milk and used 3/4 glass flour rather than 1/ baked it for about 30 was thus delicious and the texture so light.






I love all your.and I have a request..will you make a wholesome pumpkin cookie?that would be great.I'll wait:)
